§ 36-12-13. Regulations and effective date of insurance.
Subject to the provisions of §§ 36-12-6 — 36-12-14, the director is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as may
            be necessary and proper to give effect to the intent and purposes of §§ 36-12-6 — 36-12-14, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to establish an effective
            date or dates for the insurance coverage provided hereunder.
