§ 36-10.1-5. Municipal employee pension revocation and reduction.
The superior court shall have jurisdiction to review any decisions, appeals, or other
            proceedings initiated pursuant to any municipal ordinance providing for the revocation
            or reduction of the pension of any municipal employee for circumstances constituting
            dishonorable service as defined by municipal ordinances.
