§ 36-10-9.4. Post-retirement service as legislator.
Any contrary provisions of the general laws notwithstanding, any retired state employee,
            teacher, or member of the state police who is a member of the retirement system and
            who is a member of the general assembly shall continue to be eligible for and receive
            his or her retirement allowance.
