§ 36-10-3. Credits to individuals in annuity savings account.

All contributions made by members and interest thereon to July 1, 1947, shall be credited to the individual members' accounts in the annuity savings account. Effective July 1, 1947, the amount of accumulated contributions in the accounts of the members of the system which have been credited to the annuity savings fund shall be transferred to the annuity savings account and maintained in that account to the credit of the individual members.
