§ 33-22-20. Deposit of money paid into registry.
Whenever money is directed to be paid into the registry of the probate court, the
            court shall forthwith deposit the money in one of the institutions for savings or
            in one of the trust companies of this state. This deposit shall be made in the name
            of the probate court and shall be subject to the order of the court.
