§ 33-17-28. Administration of amount recovered in suit for failure to inventory or account.
In case of a recovery, the amount so recovered shall be deemed to be the property
            of the testator or intestate, and, after paying therefrom all expenses of recovery,
            shall be administered by a new administrator to be appointed for that purpose.
