§ 33-16-33. Applicability of chapter to guardians appointed under other law.

The provisions of this chapter relating to surety bonds and the administration of estates of wards shall apply to all "incomeâ€� and "estateâ€� as defined in § 33-16-2, whether the guardian shall have been appointed under this chapter or under any other law of this state, special or general, prior or subsequent to the enactment of this chapter.
