§ 33-16-31. Commitment of insane person to federal agency.
Upon the written application of the parent, guardian, relative or friend of any person,
            accompanied by the certificate of two (2) practicing physicians, registered in the
            state, that the person is insane, the veterans administration or other agency of the
            United States government, is hereby authorized to receive the insane person for care
            and treatment upon terms as may be fixed by the veterans administration or other agency
            of the United States government in its discretion.
