§ 33-15.1-9. Guardian of estate of nonresident.
The probate court of any town may appoint or approve a guardian of the estate of a
            person who resides outside this state and has an estate in the town and has no guardian
            in this state and who, if a resident, would be liable to be put under guardianship
            under the provisions of this chapter.
