§ 33-15.1-30. Responsibility of guardians for education of minors.
Guardians of minors shall take special charge of their education, and guardians appointed
            under the provisions of § 33-15-8 shall take like charge of the education of the children of their wards, unless guardians
            shall be appointed for those children; and the estates of wards, and also the estates
            of minors, shall be liable for the education of the children and minors aforesaid
            in the same manner as for their support and maintenance, and the estates may be sold
            or mortgaged for that purpose.
