§ 33-15-43. Order to resident guardian to deliver property to nonresident guardian.

Whenever a nonresident guardian shall produce an exemplification, under the seal, if any there be, of the proper court in the state of his or her residence, containing all the entries in relation to his or her appointment and in relation to his or her having given bond, duly authenticated as provided in this chapter, the probate court of the proper town in this state may cause suitable orders to be made, discharging any resident guardian, executor, or administrator and authorizing the delivering and passing over of the property, and also requiring receipts to be pass
