§ 33-15-12. Powers of temporary limited guardian or guardian — Bond.
Each limited guardian or guardian, appointed as provided in § 33-15-10, shall have the authority granted by the temporary limited guardianship or guardianship
            order until he or she shall be legally discharged; and he or she shall give bond to
            the probate court in like manner, and with like conditions, as is required of limited
            guardians or guardians.
