§ 33-13-8. Determination of questions as to legacies.
Whenever any question arises as to the identity of a legatee, or the construction,
            or the payment and satisfaction of any legacy, the probate court, upon petition setting
            out any questions, after notice by citation to all known parties and any additional
            notice the court may direct, and after a hearing thereon, may determine the questions
            and enter its order accordingly.
