§ 33-13-7. Approval of statement listing legatees — Order to pay legacies.
Upon a hearing on the statement, the court shall approve the statement as filed, or
            shall amend and approve the same as amended, and shall enter its order directing the
            payment and satisfaction of the legacies. If an appeal is taken, the probate court
            may order the payment and satisfaction of legacies not affected by the appeal.
