§ 33-13-11. Time when order of distribution allowed.
At any time after six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice
            of the qualification of the first administrator, a probate court may make an order
            of distribution, if it shall appear to the satisfaction of the court that the administrator
            has paid all claims that have been filed and allowed or proved.
