§ 33-13-10. Action for an accounting brought by residuary legatee.
An executor, being a residuary legatee, may bring an action for an accounting against
            his or her co-executor concerning the estate in his or her hands, and for his or her
            part thereof, and every other residuary legatee shall have the like remedy against
            an executor or administrator with the will annexed; but in both cases without prejudice
            to any other remedies.
