§ 33-12-15. Preference to citizens of state in distribution of insolvent estate of nonresident.
If a person dies insolvent, his or her estate found in this state shall, as far as practicable, be so disposed of that all his or her creditors here and elsewhere may receive each an equal share in proportion to their respective debts.
