§ 33-11-43. Superior court judgment — Costs.
The judgment of the superior court, on appeal, shall ascertain the claims and amounts
            to be added to, or deducted from, the claims, pursuant to the provisions of § 33-23-1 et seq. The costs of the appeal shall be awarded by the court against either party,
            or be divided between them, as justice may require, and execution for the costs shall
            issue accordingly.
