§ 33-11-37. Notice of disallowance by probate court.
If a claim against a solvent or insolvent estate is disallowed in whole or in part
            by the probate court, the probate clerk shall mail a written notice of the disallowance
            to the claimant or to his or her attorney within seven (7) days after the filing of
            the court's order.
