§ 33-11-29. Statements of contested claims against insolvent estate.
At least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled hearing date for claims in
            an insolvent estate as set forth in § 33-11-28, the executor or administrator shall file in the office of the probate clerk a statement
            disallowing claims, not previously disallowed, as he or she intends to contest, and
            he or she shall from time to time, and as soon as may be, file a like statement with
            respect to any claim thereafter filed which he or she intends to contest.
