§ 33-11-21. Estate rendered insolvent by claims after allowance of account.
If a personal representative pays out, in accordance with law, the whole of the estate,
            he or she shall not be required, in consequence of the presentation of further claims,
            to represent the estate insolvent, but this payment, after allowance of his or her
            account, shall bar any action against him or her.
