§ 33-11-12. Party against whom contingent claim enforced — Time of bringing action.
The action referred to in § 33-11-11 shall be brought against the personal representative, if depositing assets therefor
            in the registry of the court was required, and an action against the personal representative
            may be brought although the period of two (2) years, referred to in § 33-11-50, has elapsed; otherwise, the action shall be brought upon the bond given under § 33-11-10.
