§ 3-7-16.9. Class WB license.

(a) A retailer's Class WB license authorizes the holder of the license to purchase from a licensed wholesaler a minimum of five hundred (500) gallons of wine, up to a maximum of two thousand (2,000) gallons of wine per year, for use in the wholesale manufacture of wine biscuits.

(b) This license is subject to all the provisions of this title and the wine purchased pursuant to this license may only be used for the wholesale manufacture of wine biscuits.
