§ 3-1-2. Intoxicating and nonintoxicating beverages.
Beverages are divided into two (2) classes — intoxicating and nonintoxicating. It
            is declared that beverages containing not more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%)
            of alcohol by weight are nonintoxicating.
