§ 3-7-11. Class D license.

A retailer's Class D license shall be issued only to a club or to any corporation organized prior to the year 1900 for purposes similar to those set forth in chapter 6 of title 7, and which has held a Class D license for at least ten (10) consecutive years prior to July 1, 1993, and authorizes the holder of the license to keep for sale and to sell beverages at the place described at retail and to deliver those beverages for consumption on the premises where sold.
