§ 3-5-26. Records of proceedings — Admission in evidence.

(a) The board, body or official issuing licenses under this title shall keep records of its proceedings and those records are declared to be public records to which the public has the right of access at any reasonable time and under any rules as shall be established by the board, body or official keeping those records.

(b) Copies of those records certified by the secretary or clerk of the board, body or official keeping those records shall be received in any court as evidence of any of the proceedings recorded and the certificate of the clerk that it
