§ 21-28.3-4. Breach of confidentiality.

Any person who directly or indirectly violates or conspires to violate the confidentiality provisions of § 21-28.3-3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a sentence of up to six

(6)months in jail and/or a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1000).
