§ 21-28.12-7. Penalties for unlicensed business. [Effective April 1, 2026.]

Any manufacturer, importer, distributor, or retailer who sells, offers for sale, or possesses with intent to sell, kratom or kratom products, without a license as provided in § 21-28.12-6, shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of, and the penalties contained in, § 21-28.12-8.
