§ 21-27-11.4. Use of "manager certified in food safetyâ€�.
No person shall use the title "manager certified in food safetyâ€� or in any way, represent themselves as a "manager certified in food safetyâ€� unless they shall hold a current certificate as provided in § 21-27-11.2.
