§ 21-27-11.2. Application for certification.

Any person who shall desire to be certified in food safety shall submit in writing, on any forms as provided by the division, an application for certification that shall be accompanied by an application fee as set forth in § 23-1-54, together with any other credentials that the rules and regulations and the division may require. There shall be no requirement for an instructor to hold a bachelor's degree; provided that the instructor is certified by a nationally accredited food-safety-certification program recognized by the state, including, but not limited to, the ServSafe program of the National Restaura
