§ 21-20-2. Penalty for sales other than by weight.
Every person, firm, partnership, or corporation violating § 21-20-1 shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) and not more than fifty dollars
            ($50.00), one-half (Â½) of the fine to the use of the city or town where the offense
            was committed and one-half (Â½) of the fine to the use of the state.
