§ 21-13-1. Definitions.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following words have the meanings ascribed to
            them in this section:
         
(1) "Directorâ€� means the director of health or his or her duly authorized agent.
         
(2) "Personâ€� means the state, any municipality, political subdivision, institution, public
            or private corporation, individual partnership, or other entity.
