§ 14-6.2-7. Federal and other aid.
Any and all donations, gifts and grants of money, equipment and services from the
            federal or any local government, or any agency of it, and from any person, firm or
            corporation, for any of the purposes and functions of the compact, may be accepted
            by and administered by the compact administrator, subject to the approval of the director
            of administration, who may receive and utilize the aid, subject to the terms, conditions,
            and regulation governing donations, gifts and grants.
