§ 14-6.1-4. Compact administrator.

Pursuant to the compact, the governor is authorized and empowered to designate an officer who shall be the compact administrator and who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall promulgate rules and regulations to more effectively carry out the terms of the compact. The compact administrator shall serve subject to the pleasure of the governor.
