§ 14-1-45. Procedures in adult cases — Sentence.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, all provisions of this chapter relative to procedure in cases of children, so far as practicable, shall also be construed as applying to cases against adults for offenses committed against state laws within the purview of this chapter.
