§ 14-1-32.3. Appropriations.
The general assembly shall appropriate one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)
            for support and maintenance of the pilot juvenile restitution program; and the state
            controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer
            for the payment of that appropriation or so much of it as may be necessary for the
            purposes appropriated, upon receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
