§ 12-25-29. Use of funds to inform victims of their rights.

There is appropriated to the annual budget of the administrative office of the state courts fifteen percent (15%) of the fund collected annually under § 12-25-28, not to exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), to be used at the direction of the chief justice of the supreme court for the purpose of informing the victims of crime of their rights established by chapter 28 of this title and assisting victims in the exercise of these rights.
