§ 12-21-11. Quarterly reports and payments by district court.

The clerk of each division of the district court, shall, between the first and fifteenth days of February, May, August, and November in each year, make an itemized return in writing to the city or town treasurer of every city or town in the division of all fines received by the clerk during the preceding quarter, which or part of which shall be due to the city or town, and of costs paid by the clerk out of money belonging to the city or town, and the amount and circumstances of all of these fines received by the clerk and costs paid by the clerk and not included in any previous return.
