§ 11-7-5. Penalty for violations.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 11-7-3 or 11-7-4 shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less
            than five thousand dollars ($5,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)
            or three times the monetary equivalent of the gift or valuable consideration, whichever
            is greater, or imprisoned for not more than twenty (20) years, or both.
