§ 10-7-6. Executor or administrator to bring § 10-7-5 action — Amount recovered to estate.
Every action under § 10-7-5 shall be brought by and in the name of the executor or administrator of the deceased
            person, whether appointed or qualified within or without the state, and the amount
            recovered in every action under § 10-7-5 shall go to the decedent's estate and become part of the estate.
