§ 10-5-46. Dissolution of attachment of real estate after 20 years.
In addition to the remedies provided by §§ 10-5-44, 10-5-45, and 9-25-23 any attachment levied against real estate, heretofore or hereafter of record, shall
            be dissolved, and no longer be a lien upon the real estate described or referred to
            in the attachment, after the expiration of a period of twenty (20) years from the
            date of the recording of the attachment.
