§ 10-5-40. Attested copies on demand — Fee.
The officer shall give to any defendant, his or her agent or attorney, or any other
            person interested in any action in which a writ of attachment shall have been served
            immediately upon his or her request, an attested copy of the writ, with his or her
            doings thereon, upon being tendered therefor a fee of twenty cents ($.20) for every
            page of two hundred (200) words of the copy of the writ.
