§ 10-5-33. Inventory included in return of writ.
If the defendant in the writ shall not, within the forty-eight (48) hours as provided
            in § 10-5-13, either give a bond as provided in § 10-5-13 or a bond for the value of the goods and chattels attached, in the manner by law
            provided, the officer shall make an inventory of the goods and chattels by him or
            her attached upon the writ, and return the inventory as a part of his or her doings
            in his or her return upon the writ.
