§ 10-5-29. Redemption of mortgage by plaintiff in attachment.
The plaintiff in any attachment under § 10-5-26 may redeem the mortgaged estate in the same manner as the mortgagor might have done;
            and in case of redemption by the plaintiff, the plaintiff shall have the same lien
            on the property for the amount paid by him or her, with interest, as the mortgagee
            had.
