§ 10-5-17.1. Discharge of sheriff's bond for want of action.
The prejudgment lien against the real estate described in a sheriff's bond, created
            by the recording of the sheriff's bond with the land evidence records of any city
            or town shall be discharged and dissolved and no longer a lien upon the real estate
            described in the lien if no action has been taken to enforce the bond for a period
            of ten (10) years from the date of the recording.
