§ 10-4-12. Appeal to supreme court — Certification of questions.
Any party aggrieved by a decision or order of the superior court upon any question
            arising in any proceedings under this chapter may appeal to the supreme court by claiming
            the appeal in writing filed with the clerk at any time within thirty (30) days after
            the entry of the decision or order; and also the court may at once certify any question
            to the supreme court.
