§ 10-3-16. Judgment on award.
Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying or correcting an award, judgment
            shall be entered in conformity with the award in the court within thirty (30) days,
            unless an appeal is taken as provided in this chapter, in which last case the order
            of the superior court shall pursue the mandate of the supreme court.
