§ 10-18-6. Compensation of receiver.
The receiver shall be compensated in an amount as determined by the superior court
            at such times as the court shall in its discretion determine. The receiver shall also
            be reimbursed for any costs incurred during the receivership. The amounts accrued
            as costs may be charged by the receiver to the debtor or deducted from distributions
            to be made by the receiver. Allocations of the amounts to particular distributions
            shall be within the discretion of the receiver.
