§ 10-18-19. Deferred obligations of debtor during pendency of receivership proceedings.
During the pendency of these receivership proceedings, the debtor shall not voluntarily
            incur obligations for the payment of money at any time in excess of an aggregate amount
            of one hundred dollars ($100) or incur any secured obligation without the prior approval
            of the receiver upon the receiver's determination that the obligations are for the
            reasonable living requirements of the debtor or his or her family or dependents and
            that payments of the obligations will not represent an undue hazard to the successful
            completion of the plan.
