§ 10-17-22. Costs and charges incurred by trustee.
Every person, partnership, or corporation served with a copy of a writ for attaching
            the estate of another in his, her, or its hands or possession shall be paid all lawful
            costs and charges which he, she, or it shall incur in consequence of being served
            with the writ of attachment by the person who brings the action or suit; and so much
            of such charge as shall be judged reasonable by the court before whom the cause shall
            be pending shall be allowed in the bill of costs.
